Welcome to RM Transfers (trading as Airport Transfers Liverpool). These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services.

1. Bookings and Pricing

All bookings must be made in advance. The price quoted is fixed and includes all taxes and tolls. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing.

2. Payments

Payment can be made securely online via our payment gateway or directly to the driver upon request. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. Flight Monitoring and Wait Times

We monitor your flight to adjust for any delays. The driver will wait for a reasonable amount of time after your flight has landed. If you are significantly delayed at baggage claim or customs, please contact us.

5. Luggage and Passengers

Please ensure you book a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. Our 8-seater minibuses provide ample space for typical holiday luggage.
